Our service centers are equipped with wide range of system spare part to minimize our customers system downtime.
Our service centers operate from normal office hours and also extended our services to 24 x 7, 4 hours response time and standby services base on the customers contract. We also provide training and nation deployment services.

On-Site installation & Configuration service – Server and application deployment on customer location.
Network Administrators Training – Provide training for network administrators on product introduction, installation and configuration.
Telephone and Email Support – Assist customers to troubleshoot problem via telephone and email.
Support Maintenance – Provide level 2 or 3 system support and maintenance services to all systems that we had deployed.
